Role Description

This role involves managing customer interactions and improving customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
