✨ Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Lead generation campaign . NO SALES

Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 0-6 months of experience in a BPO/Customer Service role (US process preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Willingness to work in US night shifts.
