As a part of Ferrero, you will be responsible for the complete ownership and seamless management of day-to-day Customer Service operations, specifically focusing on the Order to Cash process. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring 100% service levels to all customers, identifying and addressing potential areas of service level loss, managing appointments and timely deliveries, collaborating closely with planning and logistics teams, and maintaining stock freshness and inventory management. Additionally, you will engage with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure order placement and forecast adherence, manage sales returns, and create relevant dashboards for performance review. To excel in this role, you should ideally hold a post-graduate degree, preferably in Operations, and have 4-7 years of experience. Specific knowledge in the supply chain area, particularly in Customer Service, is required, along with a deep understanding of key performance indicators such as Case Fill Rate, Order Fill Rate, Line Fill Rate, and OTIF. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong analytical skills, clear thought process, interpersonal skills, team management abilities, and the capability to handle challenging situations are also necessary.
