Job Description

As a Customer Service / Sales Executive for the Tech CS Process - Adobe, your role will involve: - Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and email. - Understanding customer needs and providing accurate solutions. - Driving sales through consultative conversations and upselling/cross-selling where applicable. - Meeting performance targets such as CSAT, Sales, Productivity, and Quality. - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions. To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience, with preference given to International BPO experience. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to work in rotational shifts and have rotational offs. - Graduation is mandatory. - Immediate joiners are preferred. Please note that for candidates with 1 year of Customer Service/Sales experience, the compensation offered is 33,500 CTC + 1,500 PLI, and for those with 1 year of Core Sales experience, it is 39,500 CTC + 1,500 PLI.,
