About the Role
Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management, is hiring experienced Customer Service and Sales Executives for its Jaipur office. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and driving sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with customers.- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutions.- Promote sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.- Achieve performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales (International BPO preferred).- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).- Graduation is mandatory.- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Details
- 1 Year Customer Service / Sales Experience: ₹33,500 + ₹1,500 PLI (Total ₹35,000 per month)- 1 Year Core Sales Experience: ₹39,500 + ₹1,500 PLI (Total ₹41,000 per month)
