Customer Service / Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Executive to join our team at Seematti. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting them in their purchases, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience that reflects the premium values of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
• Drive sales by engaging customers effectively and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage billing, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section.
• Support inventory management and stock audits when required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance goals.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and retail customer service.
• Prior experience in apparel or textile retail is an advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
• Proficiency in local language; English/Hindi added advantage.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or Graduate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
