Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle calls to promote products or services.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service information.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through effective communication.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers for repeat business.
Manage objections, queries and complaints professionally.
Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system (CRM).
Conduct follow up calls to ensure successful conversion.
Work closely with the team to improve overall sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards during interactions.
Stay updated with product knowledge, offers and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO/Telesales.
Strong communication & persuasion skills (English).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in BPO environment.
Ability to handle objections, negotiations and conversions confidently.
Comfortable with high call volumes.
CRM handling skills.
End to End Sales experience required.
Immediate joiners only.

Salary Range- 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA + Variables based on performance
