Job Description

As a Sales Executive at TCFSL, your primary responsibility will be to achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments as per the organization's norms. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction will be crucial, which involves proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products according to their requirements. Your role will also involve executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships internally and externally, along with establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers, will be key aspects of your job. You will be required to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and create strong distribution channels. Compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations will be a critical part of your role to maintain the integrity of the business operations. A graduate in any discipline would be preferred for this position.,
