The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments as per the organization's norms. It will be crucial to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per their requirements. You will also be required to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships internally and externally, as well as establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers, will be key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and create strong distribution channels. Furthermore, compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations will be a critical part of this role to maintain the integrity of the business operations. A graduate in any discipline would be preferred for this position.,
