*Job Title:* Customer Service Representative (Voice/Non-Voice)

*Job Summary:*

We re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via voice or non-voice channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, or other channels

Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues

Document and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Meet productivity and quality standards

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

*Requirements:*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills (for non-voice roles)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Patient and empathetic approach to customer service

Ability to work in shifts (for voice roles)

*Skills:*

Voice process: excellent verbal communication, phone etiquette

Non-voice process: excellent written communication, typing skills

*Experience:*

Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Prior customer service experience preferred
