Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Ghaziabad. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer experience. This role involves direct interaction with clients, offering support through various communication channels, and ensuring all customer service standards are met.
