Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quick and effective solutions.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve service processes.
• Support order processing, returns, and account updates as needed.
• Contribute to achieving team performance targets and service quality standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or client support roles.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
