Support order processing, returns, and account updates as needed. Contribute to achieving team performance targets and service quality standards. Requirements: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or client support roles. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk). Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle challenging situations. Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
