Key Responsibilities

• Pitch the J24 Business Opportunity: Engage potential leads primarily through phone calls (and occasionally through video or in-person meetings) to present J24’s value proposition.
• Lead Management: Ensure timely follow-up and proper utilization of all incoming leads with zero slippages.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with incoming partners (“Giants”) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Partner Support: Continue engagement throughout the partner lifecycle to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills — fluency in Kannada is mandatory; proficiency in English, Telugu, or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Strong articulation and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (training will be provided if required).
• Positive attitude, energetic approach, and a customer-centric mindset.
