Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Navi Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, assisting with issues and resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks also include documenting interactions, following up with customers, and collaborating with other departments to improve service quality.
