We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in India.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (Blended Process) to support our UK operations from our India IT HQ. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction rates, and maintaining our brand reputation, campaign management and a keen eye for branding and storytelling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails and live chats, addressing enquiries related to orders, prescriptions, deliveries and payments.
  • Resolve customer complaints with a calm and empathetic approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system after every interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the UK Customer Service team to align on best practices.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication to uphold Specscart’s service excellence.

What We Expect:

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or customer support associate or Customer care Associate
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging customer conversations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service practices.
  • Experience working for international (especially UK-based) businesses will be an advantage.
