Key Responsibilities: To manage experience for multiple guests and their families at a real estate project with the help of other team members To lead the team and pre plan the experience at least two days in advance and co-ordinate with multiple vendors required to cater to the experience To maintain track of each experience for reporting and to manage attendance of team at site and allocation of work To procure additional teams as and when required with prior approval depending on the number of guests on a particular day To define and follow the same process for each experience To be on ground on Things2do events and support on event production To co-ordinate for Things2do events with different vendors and help in pre planning of the event with the team To drive on ground production, setup, vendor management, artist management, fabrication, and other technical aspects on event days To work with execution partners and get best execution done in optimal costs depending on event budgets To manage the venue setup and dismantle end to end and ensure the execution is done based on what was planned Must Have – Experience in managing teams and processes and managing multiple tasks together Good communication skills
You will be working with Things2do, India's first Lifestyle experiences destination that offers curated experiences and deals in 4 cities. The company is backed by a digital community of over 4 million members across platforms in 10 cities. As part of this role, you will be based in Mundwa, Pune on a contractual basis with a remuneration of 10,000 INR per month. Your main responsibilities will include managing the experience for multiple guests and their families at a real estate project, alongside other team members. You will be expected to welcome guests upon their arrival at the site, guide them to their seating area, and assist during ribbon cutting and cake cutting celebrations. It will also be your duty to pre-plan the experience at least two days in advance, coordinating with multiple vendors to ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a detailed track of each experience, work on other events organized by Things2do when there are no experiences at the client site, and provide on-ground support during Things2do events. This will involve coordinating with various vendors, assisting in pre-planning events, and overseeing on-ground production, setup, vendor management, artist management, fabrication, and other technical aspects on event days. The ideal candidate for this role should be prepared for immediate joining and must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team.
