Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Sausar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving customer issues, and improving the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle Customer Service Representatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
