Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative / CRE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist clients with property-related queries, site visit scheduling, and service requests.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Follow up with prospective leads and maintain regular communication.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  Minimum Higher Secondary (HS); Graduate preferred.

• Experience:

  6 months of customer service or client interaction experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Communication:

  Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

• Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
