Design and implement individualized treatment protocols using active rehab, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and return-to-play protocols Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and long-term self-care Use evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning to guide interventions Accurately document clinical findings, treatment progress, and follow-ups Communication & Collaboration Maintain strong communication with patients regarding their recovery journey Collaborate with other team members and coaches (where applicable) to optimize care plans Build strong rapport with patients and help them stay motivated throughout their rehab Learning & Growth Attend internal training, case reviews, and clinical discussions Stay updated with recent advances in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy Contribute to internal content creation – clinical knowledge sharing, blogs, social media content or presentations Design and implement individualized treatment protocols using active rehab, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and return-to-play protocols Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and long-term self-care Use evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning to guide interventions Accurately document clinical findings, treatment progress, and follow-ups. What You Need to Have Bachelor’s degree (BPT) in Physiotherapy (mandatory) Freshers with strong clinical internships and the right attitude are also welcome Master’s degree (MPT) in Musculoskeletal, Orthopedic, or Sports Physiotherapy (preferred but not mandatory for skilled BPTs) Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Strong hands-on skills and confident use of exercise-based rehab protocols Experience in sports rehab, posture correction, pain management, or athletic performance (preferred) Freshers with strong clinical internships and the right attitude are also welcome.
