Job Opening: Customer Support / Sales Executive – International Process

We are looking for skilled Customer Support and Sales professionals to join our International Process team. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in customer-facing environments, possess excellent communication abilities, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setup. Candidates with prior International BPO experience will be given preference.


Compensation Structure

For candidates with 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience:

  • ₹33,500 CTC + ₹1,500 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI)

For candidates with 2 years of core Sales experience:

  • ₹40,500 CTC + ₹1,500 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI)

The compensation structure is designed to reward both skill and experience, while offering growth opportunities based on performance.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales (International BPO experience is preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and professionally
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs as per business requirements
  • Graduation is mandatory for consideration
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized due to business demand and project timelines


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Identify customer needs accurately and provide appropriate solutions, clarifications, or recommendations
  • Drive sales through a consultative approach by understanding customer intentions and offering suitable products or services
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling based on customer profiles and process requirements
  • Achieve and maintain process metrics such as CSAT, Sales Targets, Quality Scores, and Productivity benchmarks
  • Adhere to process guidelines, compliance standards, and documentation norms consistently
  • Maintain professionalism, clarity, and empathy in all interactions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to contribute to overall process performance and service delivery improvements
