Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of Customer Service & Operations

Team Lead (BPO/KPO):


 To escalate the queries of the customer via Chats, messages and Calls.

 Resolve the Customer issue for International Customer

 To provide the best resolution to the customers.

 Maintain the better relationship with the customers.

 Meet the customers’ requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries

 To manage our daily operations and serve as a leading point of contact for corporate clients

 Co-coordinating with the logistics team to maintain smooth operations

 To generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for clients

 Team Management


Key Skills:

 Bachelor's Degree

 Experience in operations and Customer service

 Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

 Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation

 Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment

 Experience with the online marketplace is desirable


Qualification:

 Experienced / Any Graduate / Any under Graduate/Candidate from any Stream with good command over the English
