Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in the International Voice Process. The position is located in Thane. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
