Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a clear, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately
  • Provide personalized service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly using CRM tools
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and policies
  • Mentor junior associates and share best practices when needed

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service role within a US-facing multinational company
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in American English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people
  • Fixed Shift(6:30PM to 3:30AM)(Mon-Fri)
