Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Pune. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, addressing and resolving complaints, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Experience ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging customer service situations with professionalism
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor&aposs degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consulting or services industry
