Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration Specialist to oversee and manage all aspects of international visa and work permit processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless global mobility for employees while maintaining compliance with immigration laws and regulations across various countries. Requirements Manage end-to-end visa and immigration applications for global assignments. Coordinate with government authorities, consulates, and external vendors for documentation and processing. Ensure timely renewal of visas, work permits, and other related immigration documents. Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure legal compliance. Support employee relocations and mobility, providing guidance on immigration procedures and requirements. Monitor changes in immigration laws and update internal stakeholders accordingly. Minimum 2 years of experience in global immigration or international mobility. Strong understanding of global immigration laws and policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
