Lead Generation- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Identify and generate new leads through outbound calls, referrals, and other sources and Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability2. Customer Acquisition- Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the value proposition of Global Scholastics' products/services.3. Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.4. Sales Target Achievement- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.5. Data Management- Accurately update customer information, call logs, and sales data in the CRM system.6. Customer Satisfaction- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues.7. Product Knowledge- Stay up-to-date with Global Scholastics' products/services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.8. Team Collaboration- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience. QualificationsAt least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experienceExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site settingExperience in the education or training industry is a plusBachelor's degree in any relevant field
