Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling Inbound Calls: Answering incoming customer calls to provide information, resolve issues, and offer support. - Making Outbound Calls: Initiating outgoing calls to new and existing customers for sales, follow-ups, and market research. - Providing Product & Service Information: Clearly explaining products, services, and company offerings to customers. - Resolving Complaints: Professionally addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues. - Maintaining Records: Accurately logging call details and updating customer records in a CRM system. - Collaborating with Teams: Working with sales and support teams to improve customer experience and service processes. - Following Procedures: Adhering to company policies, calling scripts, and compliance regulations. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned, it is essential for you to possess the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently. - Basic computer skills and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. - The ability to manage high call volumes and switch between tasks effectively. Please note that previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is beneficial for this role.
