Customer Service Representative (CSR)

You will be joining our growing organisation in the Health Domain as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for listening to customer service issues and providing unique and innovative solutions to each problem. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a deep understanding of our company's customer service policies and possess extensive product knowledge to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers. Your key responsibilities will include opening and maintaining customer accounts, managing incoming calls, scheduling offline appointments with medical practitioners, labs, and diagnostic centers, identifying and assessing customer needs, and resolving product or service problems by providing the best solutions and ensuring follow-up for resolution. Additionally, you will be required to prepare product or service reports and contribute to the team's effort to achieve desired results. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline with at least 1 year of experience, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. Strong phone handling skills, active listening abilities, customer orientation, adaptability to different personalities, excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively will be beneficial for your success in this position. This is a full-time job with a monthly salary ranging from 20,000.00 to 25,000.00. As part of the benefits package, you will receive health insurance and provident fund.
