Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile professional to join our team as a Multi-Skilled Customer Support & Content Associate. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer communication, providing basic technical assistance, supporting customer retention efforts, and contributing to content creation at a beginner level.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through telecalling, email, and messaging platforms in English and Hindi.
• Provide basic technical assistance and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Support customer retention initiatives by maintaining positive and helpful communication.
• Assist in creating simple content (written/audio/video) under guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Experience or willingness to work in telecalling and customer support.
• Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting or readiness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities.

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Knowledge of Bhartiya culture.
• Familiarity with Sanatan Dharma and its values.
• Interest in content creation (even at a beginner level).

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
