Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative located in Raipur. Some work from home is acceptable. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer communications via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of customer experience.

• Customer Service, Customer Service Representatives, and Customer Support skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving abilities and empathy
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
