Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Meerut. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for attending customers and inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives skills
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Friendly, patient, and approachable personality
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
