Customer Service Representative

As a dedicated and customer-oriented salesman at our spice and caf shop, your role will involve assisting customers, managing product sales, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. Our product range includes fresh coffee powder, cardamom, cloves, various spices, tea, and light beverages served in-store. - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers to assist them in selecting spices and caf items, explaining product features, aiding in purchasing decisions, and preparing and serving beverages. - Operate the billing counter, process transactions, and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the shop. - Monitor inventory levels, label and arrange spice containers, receive deliveries, and promptly notify the manager of low stock or necessary reorders. - Input stock data accurately, maintain records of incoming and outgoing items, and update product labels and prices as directed. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Basic experience in sales or retail. - Effective communication skills. - Fundamental knowledge of spices and beverages (training provided). - Comfort with basic systems or Excel for stock entry. - Reliability, honesty, and strong organizational abilities. This position offers full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends when required. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and handle light stock as needed. The salary will be commensurate with experience, with potential incentives or bonuses based on performance.
