Customer Service Executive

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries
• Provide timely resolutions and support
• Maintain a positive and professional tone
• Ensure excellent customer experience

Inside Sales Executive

• Reach out to potential leads/customers
• Pitch products and convert leads
• Follow up and maintain customer relationships
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets

Requirements (For Both Roles):

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sales role requires persuasive communication
• Prior experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome
