About the role: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and requests. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
