JOB SUMMARY Customer Service Representative is responsible for achieving business target and ensuring repayment of his portfolio. To fulfil the responsibilities, the CSR conducts area survey, new customer acquisition, physical verification of client and household, disbursement of loan, repayment and overdue collection, MIS entry in MIS, proper documentation. Besides the CSR assists Branch Head in branch administration and daily branch related banking transaction. Other key responsibilities include building strong client relationship and maintaining relationship with local key person such as representative of municipality and gram panchayat, other opinion leaders.
