Job Description

As a Data Processing Specialist at our organization, you will collaborate effectively with our Customer Service Representatives and Client Success leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include processing requests for changes to users, setting up reporting and tools for new users, conducting quality checks for new setups, monitoring and resolving issues related to inbound data feeds, and ensuring timely completion of reports. This role requires you to work full-time in an evening shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred along with a minimum of 2 years of total work experience, specifically in customer service. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Hindi is considered a plus. In this position, you will be an integral part of our Customer Success department, operating remotely from India. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.,
