Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in Beawar. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, enhancing customer experience, and delivering exceptional support services. The role involves direct interaction with customers to resolve issues, provide information, and build lasting relationships, contributing to the organization’s commitment to outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in improving Customer Experience and building positive relationships with clients
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the housing finance or financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
