Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in customer service. Roles and Responsibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Provide excellent customer service through various channels. Respond to customer complaints and concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Job Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
