Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Services Executive / Representative for international calling, you will be responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for customers through inbound phone support. Your primary duties will include expanding your knowledge of product offerings, support policies, and delivery methods, as well as providing empathetic customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. It is crucial to foster strong relationships with internal partners and effectively communicate across all organizational levels. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving complex customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask and achieve goals in a metrics-driven environment is essential, along with 1-5 years of customer service experience. Technical troubleshooting skills, effective management of customer expectations, and strong collaboration and time management abilities are also required. Handling sensitive situations professionally and thoroughly, being highly motivated and team-oriented, and being open to working in Eastern time zones are necessary qualifications. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in BCom, BA, or BSc, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word are preferred. Experience in inbound phone support and knowledge of SQL is advantageous. This is a full-time job that involves night shifts and US shifts, with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person, in Pune, and only immediate joiners who can attend face-to-face interviews will be considered.,
