Job Title: Inbound Process Executive – Australian Vehicle Insurance

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to handle inbound calls for an Australian Vehicle Insurance process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to vehicle insurance inquiries, renewals, and claims.
• Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure adherence to process SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and customer records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of international calling experience (preferably in customer service or insurance domain).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Should have a personal computer/laptop, good quality headset, and stable internet connection.
• Ability to work in Australian rotational shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
