As an Associate Client Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing a $5M GWP book of business in the Transportation industry, supported by a team of three. Your role will involve leading the renewal process for clients, delivering exceptional client service, acting as a liaison with key partners, providing administrative oversight, and ensuring strong organizational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the renewal process for clients with premiums ranging from $50K to $600K. - Deliver exceptional client service to drive retention and revenue growth. - Act as a liaison with key centers of influence and insurer partners. - Provide administrative oversight and support for at-risk portfolio participants. - Assist team members with portfolio management and ensure strong organizational efficiency for a high-volume book with year-round renewals. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging at all organizational levels. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of commercial auto and property insurance experience, with at least 1 year in a Client Executive role managing a book of business. - Valid Insurance Broker Provincial Licensing (This can be discussed in detail). - Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in insurance/risk consulting; insurance-related designations or degrees preferred.
