Customer Service Officer (CSO) at Mango Insurance - Indore Mango Insurance, a rapidly expanding international insurance brokerage, is recruiting a Customer Service Officer (CSO) for our Client Servicing team in Indore. This position supports Client Executives in delivering superior post-sale service and fostering client retention. Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (IMango Shared Service Pvt Ltd, 306, 3rd Floor, Princes' Business Skyline, Scheme No. 54) Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Reports to: Customer Service Officer Team Lead Key Responsibilities: Policy Management: Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements; coordinate with carriers to update policies and ensure compliant records. Premium & Billing: Advise on financing options, issue invoices, monitor payments, and resolve discrepancies with finance teams. Client Support: Address inquiries on policies, coverage, and payments; manage renewals and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction and retention. Data & Reporting: Produce reports on renewals, claims, and payments; maintain CRM databases and deliver insights for retention strategies. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Executives, Pre-Sales Analysts) and external entities (insurers, underwriters) for efficient service delivery. Team Support: Identify potential attrition or errors, participate in meetings, comply with procedures, and utilize relevant software. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years' experience in insurance customer service, underwriting support, or policy servicing. Knowledge of insurance policies, endorsements, premium financing, carrier portals, invoicing tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Core Competencies: Superior written and verbal communication; attention to detail; problem-solving; multitasking in dynamic settings; client-focused orientation. Preferred Qualifications: Insurance certification (e.g., CIP, AINS). Experience in trucking or commercial insurance. Prior role in insurance brokerage or underwriting.
