We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Roles and Responsibility Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously. Provide timely and accurate information about products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
