Handle Inbound & Outbound Customer service calls related to Motor Claims.
To interact with internal & external customers.
Suggest Network garage based on loss severity & geography.
Coordination with Network garages.
To handle claim documentation & customer queries.
Coordination for Cashless/reimbursement claims
Good communication & interpersonal skills (Good hold on English, Hindi & other regional language)
Good Soft Skills.
Experience in Motor Customer service.
Reasonable understanding of the Insurance Industry.
Technical Knowledge- Motor
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Any discipline)
1 to 4 Years of experience in customer service profile. Experience in General Insurance sector would be an advantage.
Ready to work in roster shifts and roster week off
