Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
