The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient handling of internal operations as per management standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. Manage and coordinate staff to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor and manage cash flow, billing, and transaction handling with accuracy. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve service-related issues promptly. Implement and follow service guidelines as set by management. Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and orderliness in the service area. Prepare basic reports and updates for management review. Ensure staff follow standard operating procedures and uphold professional behavior.
