Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the customer service department. Your role will involve promptly addressing customer service issues and ensuring efficient resolution. You will play a key role in creating and implementing effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Developing customer satisfaction goals will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, and you will work closely with the team to achieve and maintain these goals consistently. Additionally, you will be tasked with establishing and managing a customer loyalty program to further enhance customer retention. Maintaining accurate records of all customer service activities and discussions, along with assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings, will be essential in this role. You will also be involved in hiring and training new customer service agents to ensure a high level of service quality. Managing the approved budget of the customer service department will be part of your duties, requiring a strategic approach to resource allocation. It will also be important to stay informed about the latest industry techniques and methods to continuously improve customer service practices. This role is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The work location is in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra, and the job requires in-person attendance during day shifts.
