As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department and workshop. It will be your duty to keep track of spare parts and tools inventory, monitor job card handling, billing, and service records. In this role, you will be required to coordinate with Royal Enfield for warranty claims and updates, ensuring strict adherence to brand and safety standards. Your main objective will be to generate service revenue and meet monthly targets set by the company. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and paid sick time.
