Roles and Responsibilities

• Operational Management
• Oversee and manage all hub operations during shifts, including inbound and outbound processes.
• Ensure timely sorting, loading, and dispatch of consignments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor real-time operational metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise and guide the shift team, including loaders, sorters, and drivers.
• Conduct regular briefings to align the team with operational objectives and safety protocols.
• Foster a productive work environment and address performance-related issues promptly.
• Compliance and Safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Manage and report incidents or discrepancies to higher management.
• Process Improvement
• Identify bottlenecks in operations and recommend process enhancements.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement automation and technology-driven solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of consignments and prepare shift reports for management review.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with transport partners, vendors, and internal departments for seamless operations.
• Address and resolve customer escalations related to operations.
• Ensure efficient handover between and day shifts.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
