Roles and Responsibilities

Direct all hiring for new employees.

Continually educate employees on company policies.

Managing in house payroll function end to end.

Providing a comprehensive HR support service to work with colleagues, employees and the company.

Vendor management.Searching candidates through Resdex from Naukri.com, posting job vacancy ads.

recruit employees; and develop orientation, training and incentive programsAble to handle the company`s social media account.

Handling day to day administrative activities like stationery, courier, payment of communication bills etc.Conveyance checking ,Scrutinizing Admin bills on monthly basis.Motivation for employee, Orientation & employee engagement activities.

Stationary ,Pantry requirements,admin related work,CCTV,Travel Desk.Email ID creation, System Configuration and IT workMaintain positive working environment.

Grievance handling and problem solving.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
